Join us for our bi-weekly 2-hour sessions tailored for BIPOC coaches. Dive into a coaching clinic-style format where you can refine your coaching abilities, learn new techniques, and hone your coaching style.

Session 1: Strengthening connections with your coachees to foster trust.

Session 2: Mastering the art of asking impactful coaching questions to unlock fresh opportunities.

Session 3: Developing coaching habits to overcome barriers hindering your coachees' progress.

In each session, expect constructive feedback to enhance your coaching journey.

Community:

• Sessions are hosted via Zoom

• We will utilize our Mighty Network platform where you will be able to connect with other cooaches in our organization and program.
